At Mocopan, we’ve made a commitment to environmental, economic and social sustainability, being the one of the largest buyers of responsibly sourced beans in Australia. In 2019 we aligned ourselves with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and unpacked what sustainability means in our ‘Point of View’. We delivered the vision ‘Better from Bean to Cup’. We agreed that focus would be on those things we make (roasting) and sell (coffee and equipment) first – from the roastery out – with a focus on carbon reduction, waste mitigation and ethical sourcing.

We partner with recognized sustainability organizations such as Rain Forest Alliance and Fair Trade to ensure that coffee has a beneficial effect on everyone who’s involved in the process.
